Dedicated Lawyer In New York City & The Hudson Valley
Since 2004, Allan J. Ahearne, Jr. has represented clients throughout New York City, Long Island, the Hudson Valley, and federal district courts throughout the United States.
Known for his direct and honest nature, Allan will never sugarcoat or hide the facts from his clients. He believes in building a relationship of trust with every individual and business owner he represents.
Allan is a seasoned litigator and negotiator and is a creative thinker able to achieve ideal solutions in complex cases. He is recognized for his uncompromising principles, professionalism, hard work, integrity, and results.
Like most others, Allan has worked his whole life. At a young age, he spent summers washing dishes and bussing tables at his grandparents’ diner. By age 12, Allan was working as a sound engineer in New York City clubs. When he wasn’t working at a concert or club, Allan worked doing landscaping, carpentry, drywall, and general construction — any and every type of labor job he could get.
Allan’s work ethic and intelligence served him well at Guilford College and Pace University School of Law. During law school, Allan cultivated his belief that the law is not a special and untouchable luxury available only to the few with money and access. Right from wrong applies to everyone and the truth is what it is. The law was meant to enforce these principles and Allan is uncompromising in applying this belief to his legal practice.
The two defining moments in Allan’s career were the day he was admitted to practice law and the day he started The Ahearne Law Firm in 2012. Allan has built The Ahearne Law Firm from the ground up into the formidable force it is today. Clients can count on Allan and his team to be honest, approachable, and accountable, and to carry out the hard work it takes to succeed.
The Ahearne Law Firm is a personal injury firm, focusing on serious injuries such as traumatic brain injury, spinal injuries, orthopedic injuries such as fractures caused in construction accidents, commercial trucking accidents, and other motor vehicle accidents.
Personal injury cases are the real thing. People’s lives are traumatically and seriously affected by injuries. Good, hard-working people with families that depend on them lose their careers and their ability to work. When your life and livelihood are on the line, you cannot hire an inexperienced attorney, and you cannot afford to entrust your case to a firm that views you as just another number. Allan demands that clients of The Ahearne Law Firm see the difference and know that their case matters.
Allan has also represented personal injury clients in Mass Tort Product Liability matters in federal courts throughout the United States. He has been admitted Pro Hoc Vice in the United States District Courts for the District of Minnesota, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Northern District of Ohio and he is qualified for admission in all federal United States District Courts throughout the United States.
Allan’s focus continues to be on large cases that involve complex litigation. He makes certain all cases are trial-ready, which is the best way to settle strong and with purpose.
Allan is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the United States Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation.
